GreenFacts, the leader in science communication on health and the environment, announced the appointment of Jacques Wirtgen as General Manager by the Board of Directors. Until late 2007, Jacques Wirtgen was director of the Royal Institute for Sustainable Management of Natural Resources and the Promotion of clean Technologies (IRGT-KINT). While managing IRGT-KINT for seven years, he acquired a profound knowledge of environmental issues, and established contacts with many important stakeholders and organizations in Belgium and abroad.
